Teen Choices 11 & Up
We offer an exciting and dynamic Children's and Youth Ministry experience. Our mission is to create a safe, fun atmosphere in which God's Word is taught on a level that each child and teen can understand. We endeavor to empower them to experience God's promises in their daily walk with Him.
Food Pantry: Our vision is to be an extension of God's hand to reach people where they are. Our food ministry is designed to assist those in desperate need of food. Our food ministry is designed to minister food to families that are experiencing difficult situations that prevent them from being able to purchase food items.
Jesus told Peter to "Feed My Sheep", and in our Food Ministry we not only feed individuals physically, but we also feed them spiritually. Thanks to our food donors, people are being saved, touched and restored by generous donations.
Workforce Ministry: An Employment Ministry assisting in job placement, resume building, training on interviewing skills, image and coaching classes. We work with several placement agencies in order to place graduates of this ministry program.
New Members Classes: These classes will cover subjects that formulate the foundation for a successful life life in Christ, cultivate servant-hood and will also be a basis for operating in ministry through demonstrating the Word of God in everyday life. They teach basic principles on living and walking in the authority of the anointing and having victory in life. They are designed to help you understand and know why you do what you do as a Christian and as a part of Seeds for the Heart.
Salvation
What is Salvation?
The act of saving or protecting from harm, risk, loss etc. The state of being so saved or protected. The deliverance from the power and penalty of sin. It is the state of breaking the authority of Satan over one's life, and allowing the light of Christ, the Anointed One, to empower you through righteousness. It is exchanging the things and deeds of the World for the renewal of life in the Word of God.
How do I receive Salvation?
In order to be freed from a life of bondage and captivity, it is necessary to receive salvation through accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. First one has to repent of sins and wrong doing. Repent means to turn away from, change course of direction. According to Romans 10:9-10 "that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. "
In receiving Salvation one has to repent, which means turn away from sin, change direction, put off the old self and become a new creation in Christ (being born again). By receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior, by asking Him to come into our heart and by faith, we are saved. When one receives Salvation, they also receive Jesus as the living word of God. John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
If the struggles that you are faced with in your life have you to the point of no return, and you find that you are tired of trying to run through the maze of issues in your life. Child of God you can rest in knowing that by allowing yourself to receive the gift of salvation, you will be freed from your bondage and captivity through the anointing of God. Receiving salvation and freedom from your circumstances are as simple as praying this prayer:
Prayer for Salvation
Heavenly Father, your word says that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord thou shall be saved according to Acts 2:21. I ask Jesus to come into my heart, right now. I recognize that I am a sinner, and I ask for the forgiveness of my sins. You said Father in Romans 10:9-10 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. I thank you Lord that I am saved In Jesus Name.
We love you and are praying for you. If you have just prayed the prayer of salvation or are in the need of prayer, we want to stand with you in order that God's will may be done in your life.
